The main house is a lovely 1901 Pink English Tudor and surrounded by a lush grassy yard with cozy sitting areas, BBQ, big shady trees, fragrant flowers, squirrels and birds!
We are WALKABLE to so much! Only a few blocks to hip downtown eateries, pubs, music venues, theaters and 2 Saturday Markets! 2 blocks to the YMCA, the Idaho State Capitol Building, the Boise Co-op Organic Market, Deli, Wine Shop and Pet Store … and 1 – 5 blocks to so many Houses of Worship and Faith: Community Christian, Catholic, Methodist, Presbyterian, Lutheran, Episcopalian, Baptist …! Hill City Church, that I enjoy worshiping at so much, is 1 block close!
AND Hike or bike over 190 miles of trails in the Boise foothills and Ridge to Rivers Trail System … or the now 29+ miles of Greenbelt along the Boise River!

Welcome to the INTERNATIONAL, INVITING, COZY, CLASSY, FRIENDLY, FREEDOM and FAITH LOVING PINK GUEST HOUSE! Specializing in monthly/multi-month stays. Only 2-3 blocks to hip downtown pubs & eateries, YMCA, Boise Co-op Organic Market and numerous Churches including Hill City Church – my Faith community – which is one block close!
Join our other guests as much or little as you like. You have an instant community here.
Read a book and BBQ in one of the little court yards sprinkled around the house! Walk or bike to one or TWO Saturday Markets … OR the 29+ mile long Greenbelt that runs along the Boise River… OR hike or bike the zillion trails in the Boise foothills! Bike 16 miles up to Bogus Basin (our local ski resort) and experience their fun summer activity rides and possibly catch a weekend concert! Float the Boise River. Go rock climbing. Kayaking or Rafting. Explore ghost towns. SO many fun activities in and around my home town! In the evening walk to one of the many incredible downtown or neighborhood bistros, boutiques or coffee houses. Then on to the Flicks Theater for a glass of vino with friends and a foreign film or to a live play at the Boise Little Theater!
We have 8 fabulous fully furnished lofts and cottages all on the same property … each with a unique vibe!
7 apartments have hardwood or similar floors while one has a concrete floor in the living area. All have dining or bistro sets seating 2-4, full-service galley kitchens with fridges, stove/ovens, microwaves, coffee and tea pots, table/silverware for 4, basic condiments. All apartments now have Berkey Water Filters! The Cottage, Cellar and my apartment, The Haven all have their own full-size washer/dryers. The smaller apartments have access to our coin operated community washer/dryer in the garage that we provide laundry products for. All apartments include FREE utilities and parking.
Comfy queen beds with feather or feather-like comforters and additional sofa sleepers, private bathrooms with showers, high speed Wifi, Smart TVs and/or AppleTV using your own subscriptions and even a few DVD players!
We strive to be as environmentally friendly as possible in our apartments and on our property. We stock and use environmentally and PEOPLE friendly shampoos, conditioners, soaps, fabric softeners and cleaners. ALL apartments now have Berkey Water Filters. Outside we use organic fertilizers and plant based pest control. We support recycling with 1 large garbage bin, 2 large recycling bins, 1 large glass recycling bin with Composting bins next door. We also encourage you to check out the Boise Bicycle Project to volunteer or buy a re-purposed bike and donate it back when you leave!

Details about cleaning, pets, fees and payments:
- Well mannered doggie fee: $150/month (Carriage House, Cellar and Haven only)
- $150 one time cleaning fee per apartment
- Payment is monthly and due on the first of each month or the date written up in contract and one month in advance for multi-month DIRECT rentals.
- $0 fee currently if paid through Venmo.com or platform through Oak and Maple, our Co-Hosts; 3% credit and debit card processing fee
- Bookings through Airbnb are subject to Airbnb service fees. Lodging/City tax fee for stays 30 days or less are also charged through Airbnb.
- We are a NON-SMOKING, NON-VAPING house and property – you can smoke or vape off property.
- Needed to reserve apartment Direct: Security Deposit, First month’s rent + doggie fee (if dog) + one time cleaning fee. If renting more than one month: 2nd month’s rent due and payable upon arrival by personal check, VENMO.com, money order, cash OR debit/credit card for additional 3% fee so always paid one month in advance.
